High Speed Pulse Generator USB FastEdge®

  • The Fedge® is a compact, USB-powered fast edge signal generator, about the size of a USB stick.

  • It delivers a very square and flat -500 mV pulse with a rapid 32 ps edge.

  • This pulse has no overshoot or undershoot, making it ideal for verifying instrument and probe rise/fall times.

  • Features single-button operation for selecting different operating modes.

  • Can be used for bandwidth measurements, TDR measurements, and even EMV tests.

  • High CMRR – Exhibits a high Common Mode Rejection Ratio (CMRR).

High Voltage Passive Probe PHV 1000

  • It is a high voltage passive probe. This means it's designed to measure high voltages without needing its own power source, relying on the signal from the circuit it's testing.
  • It has an attenuation ratio of 100:1. This indicates that the probe reduces the input voltage to 1/100th of its actual value, allowing standard oscilloscopes to measure high voltages safely. The attenuation ratio has an accuracy of ±2% at DC.
  • It has a system bandwidth of 120 MHz. This specifies the frequency range over which the probe can accurately measure voltage signals. It also has a rise time of 2.4 ns.
  • The input resistance is 50 MΩ. This high input resistance minimizes the loading effect on the circuit being measured, ensuring accurate readings. The input capacitance is 9.5 pF.
  • It is designed for use with a measuring instrument having an input coupling of 1 MΩ AC/DC. This defines the input impedance that the measuring instrument (typically an oscilloscope) should have for the probe to function correctly.
