High Impedance Active Probe Sonic® 4000 RF

  • High-Frequency Probe The Sonic 4000 RF active probe is designed for high-frequency in-circuit measurements, with a bandwidth of 220 Hz to >4 GHz.
  • Input Impedance It features a high input impedance of 2MΩ in parallel with <0.6pF, minimizing circuit loading.
  • Output The probe's output signal has no DC component.
