High Voltage Probe Calibration Generators KHT 6000C

גנרטורים מדויקים מסדרת KHT6000D משמשים לכיול והגדרת בדיקות HF ומתח DC בפרובים ומחלקי מתח גבוה. דגמי KHT6000C מיועדים לכיול HF בלבד. ניתן להפעיל את המכשירים באופן ידני דרך הלחצנים הקדמיים, או בשליטה חיצונית באמצעות:

The KHT6000D calibration generators are used for high-frequency and DC adjustment of high voltage probes and dividers. The KHT6000C models are intended for HF adjustment only. In addition to manual operation via the front panel controls, the KHT6000 series can also be operated:
1) via PC using the integrated USB interface
2) via PC using the optional GPIB interface
3) via the optional Remote Control UnitWhen operated through the USB or GPIB interface, users can configure the squarewave voltage, pulse width, repetition frequency (including single pulses), and DC output voltage (KHT6000D only).

The calibrators generate square pulses with an output voltage ranging from 500V to 6000V, and a DC voltage in the case of the KHT6000D. The pulses have a steep rise time of less than 45 ns (10% to 90%) and a default pulse width of 1 ms. The DC voltage accuracy is 0.2%. The pulse and DC output voltages are separately accessible via 4 mm terminals inside the red probe sockets. The voltage values are adjustable in 1V steps and shown digitally. Output settings are fully configurable and meet ISO 9000 series requirements for test equipment monitoring.

A 200Ω resistor is built into the output as short-circuit protection. In the event of a short circuit, this resistor is destroyed and must be replaced. The ground of the connected probe or divider must be attached to the ground socket.

The charging voltage can be measured using a digital voltmeter connected to the BNC socket. The division ratio at the BNC is 1000:1. The output is buffered by an operational amplifier, and the maximum output current is 10 mA.
