SKID-L: Board Tester for boards measuring 340×300 mm.

SKID-L היא מערכת מיקום שנועדה לענות על דרישות שונות לבדיקות וניפוי שגיאות של הרכבות מעגלים מודפסים (PCBA).
היא כוללת עיצוב מודולרי שמאפשר למשתמש להרחיב את המערכת לפי הצורך.

גרסה זו של המסגרת מיועדת ללוחות הגדולים מהסטנדרט 6U, עם רוחב הידוק של 300×340 מ"מ.
המרווחים של ה-PCBA ניתנים למיקום כך שיתאימו לרוב הצורות הגאומטריות, כולל צורות לא סטנדרטיות ולא נוחות להידוק.

ה-PCBA מוחזק בגובה של 10 מ"מ מעל המסגרת, מה שמאפשר גישה נוחה יותר לרכיב הנבדק (DUT).
מערכת ה-SKID עומדת על רגליות בגובה 90 מ"מ, דבר שמאפשר גישה סימולטנית גם מהצד העליון וגם מהתחתון.

הברגות סטנדרטיות מסוג M6 ממוקמות מסביב לכל המסגרת, להתקנת ציוד כמו מחזיקי פרובים, מנורות ואביזרים נוספים.
מרכז הכובד הנמוך של SKID-L מאפשר הרכבה גם של מכשירים גדולים וכבדים.

ניתן להשתמש ב-SKID-L גם לבדיקות סביבתיות בתאי אקלים בטווח טמפרטורות של −55°C עד +155°C,
עם לחות ללא עיבוי.

The SKID-L is a positioning system designed to satisfy various demands for PCBA testing and debugging.
It features a modular design that allows the user to expand it as needed.

This version of the frame is for boards larger than the 6U standard, with a clamping width of 300×340 mm.
The PCBA spacers can be positioned to clamp most geometrical forms, including inconvenient, non-standard shapes.

The PCBA is held 10 mm above the frame, providing better accessibility to the DUT.
The SKID itself stands on 90 mm pedestals, enabling simultaneous access from both the top and bottom sides.

Standard M6 threads are located all around the frame for mounting equipment like probe positioners, lamps, and other accessories.
The low center of gravity of the SKID-L allows even large and heavy devices to be mounted.

The SKID-L can be used for environmental testing in climate chambers for temperatures ranging from −55°C to +155°C,
with non-condensing humidity.
