ערכת ההתחלה SKID-L היא פלטפורמה מקיפה המיועדת לבדיקה וניפוי שגיאות של מעגלים מודפסים (PCBA) ללא מגע ידיים.
היא מתאימה ללוחות בעלי רוחב קיבוע של 300×340 מ"מ, ומיועדת ללוחות הגדולים מהתקן 6U.

הערכה כוללת עיצוב מודולרי, המאפשר למשתמשים להרחיב את המערכת לפי צורכיהם. המרווחים (spacers) של ה-PCBA יכולים לקבע צורות גיאומטריות שונות, כולל צורות לא סטנדרטיות שקשה לקבע בדרך כלל.

הלוח ממוקם בגובה של 10 מ"מ מעל המסגרת לנגישות טובה יותר לרכיב הנבדק (DUT). המערכת עומדת על בסיסים בגובה 90 מ"מ, המאפשרים גישה סימולטנית מלמעלה ומלמטה.

המסגרת כוללת הברגות תקן M6 מסביב, להתקנת ציוד כמו מחזיקי פרובים, תאורה, ומצלמות. מרכז הכובד הנמוך מאפשר התקנה של מכשירים גדולים וכבדים.

טווח הטמפרטורה של ערכת ההתחלה SKID-L הוא בין 0°C ל-+50°C, עם לחות שאינה מתעבה.

SKID-L Starter Kit

The SKID-L Starter Kit is a comprehensive platform designed for hands-free testing and debugging of PCBA. It is suitable for boards with a clamping width of 300×340 mm and is designed for boards larger than the 6U standard.

The kit has a modular design, enabling users to expand the system to fit their specific needs. Its PCBA spacers can clamp most geometrical forms, including non-standard shapes that are usually hard to clamp. The PCBA resides 10 mm above the frame for better accessibility to the DUT.

The system stands on 90 mm pedestals, which allows for simultaneous access from both the top and bottom sides. The frame has standard M6 threads all around for mounting equipment like probe positioners, lamps, and cameras.

The low center of gravity allows for large and heavy devices to be mounted. The SKID-L Starter Kit has an operating temperature range of 0 °C to +50 °C, with non-condensing humidity.
