High Impedance Active Probe Tetris® 1000

TETRIS® Series Active Probes are high-performance probing solutions designed for accurate in-circuit signal measurements in high-speed environments. Available in 1 GHz, 1.5 GHz, and 2.5 GHz bandwidth models (TETRIS 1000, 1500, 2500), these probes offer exceptional electrical performance with a ±8 V dynamic measuring range, >1 MΩ input resistance, and only 0.9 pF input capacitance.

Thanks to their 10:1 attenuation ratio, high impedance, and low capacitive loading, TETRIS® probes are suitable for both low- and high-frequency signals without disturbing the device under test. The probes support 50 Ω AC/DC oscilloscope input coupling and are fully ESD protected for reliable operation in sensitive environments.

Each probe features universal BNC output, a 1.3 m flexible cable, and a compact 96 g form factor, making them ideal for tight test setups and precision debugging. A broad selection of contact tips and ground accessories is included with every unit, such as spring and solid tips, ground blades, IC clips, Y-leads, and adapters.

Designed and manufactured in Germany, the TETRIS® Series is compatible with a wide variety of measurement instruments via its BNC interface.
